The Elmira Women’s Leadership Initiative helps the women of Chemung County forge their own paths by providing education and community resources.
Elmira Women’s Leadership Initiative is a grassroots women’s group created through the Chemung County Poverty Reduction Coalition We believe that the way to improve the quality of life in our community is to create access and opportunity to engage and enhance women’s participation in local development.
