Workshop: Bokashi Composting

Frustrated with the difficulty of outdoor winter composting in our climate?Want to find a different way to deal with your food waste that allows you to compost a wider variety of material? Bokashi composting is a new way to deal with kitchen scraps, including meat and dairy.In this one-hour workshop, Chemung County Master Gardener and Master Composter, Peg Weidemann, will introduce you to bokashi composting and its practice at home.
