Composting Animal Moratalities Workshop

Please join us for this informative workshop on how to properly compost farm animal mortalities and road kill on Friday October 18th. Jean Bonhotal from the Cornell Waste Management Institute will lead us in discussion on the subject from 1 to 2:30 pm at CCE Chemung in Room 110. Then from 3 to 4 pm we will have a first hand demonstration of composting methods for animal mortalities at the Town of Southport facilities (93 Bob Masia Road, Elmira, NY 14904).
