Topics include: Garden site and soil development, garden planning, planting, garden maintenance, and harvesting.

What: Seed to Supper:

A 5-week beginning gardening course for adults

Where: Two options:

Weekday Series: Economic Opportunity Program (EOP)

Saturday Series: Chemung County Fairgrounds,

4-H Building

Address: 170 Fairview Road, Horseheads, NY 14845

When:

Weekday Series: June 1st, June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd

from 1:00 – 3:00 PM

Saturday Series: June 10th and June 17th

from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (two sessions;

lunch is not provided;

bring your own water please)

For both series: the 5th session will be on August 12th at Chemung County Fairgrounds, 4-H Building, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Who: Free and open to the public. Adults only, please. Taught by Chemung County Master Gardeners
