We’re looking for individuals to work with us on our “Move Forward Elmira” Poverty Stoplight initiative. Help facilitate surveys using a Samsung tablet in the City of Elmira. Training is provided. Staying Healthy


This osteoporosis prevention exercise program has been in Chemung County for 16+ years. Hand weights and a variable ankle weight used during slow fluid movements to help maintain bone mass. The program is designed for both women and men. If you are interested in participation as a Trainer, call 734-4453 Ext. 202 for more information. Training is provided. Enrolled


You, your family or your religious group can help individuals remain living independently in their own home as long as possible. Educate them about the services available in Chemung County.
