Environmental Management Council

The Chemung County Environmental Management Council (EMC) is a voluntary advisory board appointed by the county government to advise county government and to provide a liaison between the community and county government.

EMC Sponsors Scholarship

EMC Meetings

All EMC meetings will be held at 9:00 AM at 600 Milton Street, chemung County Sewer District Conference Room, unless otherwise noted. We are currently meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each Month.
