100% of your purchase price goes to the member.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I cant afford or store an entire animal, what should I do? Get together with friends and families to pool in on buying. Agree on a bid price for the whole based on how much you'd like to end up with. We can help explain how much meat a live animal will put in your freezer.
  • I'd like to support a member, but I don't want the animal back? You can donate the animal to be processed for a local food bank or charity, donate it back to 4-H- we will sell the animal at market price and those 2nd funds will be used to support 4-H Livestock programming, or you can give the animal back to the member.
  • I can't be there the day of the sale, but I want to bid? Contact John Lubic at Lubic Sales and Marketing and he can help set you up for absentee bidding. Jonathan Lubic (607)382-3379
  • I don't want to bid, but I want to support the sale? You can support our sale youth in so many ways! Share our sale is one way. Small donations can be made to help cover auction marketing and costs.
  • I bought and animal, now what? Poultry will be ready for you to pick up from the freezer that day! Beef, sheep, swine, ducks and rabbits can either go home with you (should you want them as pets) or you can work with our clerks to set up trucking and processing. We know the process is confusing so we are there to help you. You bid, you buy and we'll help you get your meat processed and to the freezer.
