Join Chemung County Cornell Cooperative Extension Natural Resources as they go through how to process a deer from start to finish.
Processing your own game is a great way to save money, practice valuable life skills, and create a closer connection to the natural resource.
Topics Covered: Conservation, Skinning, Rough Processing (deboning), Fine Processing (trimming, grinding, packaging) and Preparing for Consumption.
Registration is required to attend - space is limited to 15 participants!
