Ernest & Julia Grant 4-H Memorial Scholarship

Ernest Grant was the 4-H Agent in Chemung County, back in the 1940's & 1950's. He is credited with many 4-H members in Chemung county during his time, going on to become 4-H leaders later in life. Ernest Grant is said to have had "a special way with youth" . Both he and his wife, Julia, have left this scholarship fund as a legacy to the 4-H program here in Chemung County.
