Our programs aim to help Chemung County build strong communities through education and collaboration in the areas of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Nutrition Education and 4-H and Youth Development.

Receipt & Recognition

All donors to CCE-Chemung are sent a receipt for tax purposes.  Donor names are listed in our annual report unless you request that your gift be treated as having been given anonymously.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Chemung County (CCE-Chemung) is a non-profit organization exempt from income tax under IRS 501(c)(3) as an educational organization. The Association is part of the Cornell Cooperative Extension land-grant system, a partnership between County, State, and Federal governments. Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Chemung County is a subordinate governmental university, not a part of Cornell University. We rely on various funding sources for our educational programming, including county, state, and federal sources, as well as grants and fundraising. Individual donations are always welcome.
